The first item we received was damaged but after I contact the CS team, the replacement product has arrived in the next few days. Even though I have the replacement product, I suggested the QS standard shall be improved. Or the package for product protection shall be improved.

ordered my ProBreeze Premium 1500 on line, recieved confirmation of order right away. Delivered by standard delivery a couple of days later. everything straight forward. Have used my dehumidifier a week now and i am very pleased with this product, My bedroom used to smell a bit musty not being able to open windows in winter but having used the dehumidifier a few hours each day the mustiness has gone.

I like the product. It arrived very quickly, and highly efficiently. BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. I have asked for help twice and been put off. There is no telephone number I can find for help, nor can I find a fault finding area. I wish it worked! I have plans to return it if I have not got it working satisfactorily by the end of the week. I have wasted a lot of electricity so far. Sorry to moan, but I just want it to work, please. It is not removing the visible humidity from the rooms.
