I have bought 3 items, and this one is completely rubbish. Does not collect any water compared to other two bought previously.

You can only email, which takes longer for customers to hear back. It would helpful if you had a chat or phone line so things can get sorter quickly. Also you offered no solution to the broken item, such as returning it to you as now a waste of plastic and material.

ordered my ProBreeze Premium 1500 on line, recieved confirmation of order right away. Delivered by standard delivery a couple of days later. everything straight forward.
Have used my dehumidifier a week now and i am very pleased with this product,
My bedroom used to smell a bit musty not being able to open windows in winter
but having used the dehumidifier a few hours each day the mustiness has gone.
