i sent an email a few days ago regarding the amount of noise the 30L Smart Dehumidifier is making, now the dehumidifier will not shut off even when the room humidity has dropped 20% below what i have set it to. Im not very happy with the product and im not very happy with the fact that im just being ignored.

Easy to place order, very fast delivery and a fantastic product, which is able to warm my lounge quickly. I haven't had it for long enough to assess efficiency but I'm very happy so far.

Service and next day delivery was brilliant. I am not sure that we bought a dehumidifier sufficiently powerful for our needs but that is no fault of the company.
