Service and next day delivery was brilliant. I am not sure that we bought a dehumidifier sufficiently powerful for our needs but that is no fault of the company.

Unfortunately it was such a short electric cord on heater. Guess it was my fault, assumed it would be ok. Sockets up on wall and only just reaches. Instructions say do not use extension lead, so itÕs pretty useless. Had to buy another with a longer cord.

Greta company that makes good products. The one time I did have an issue the support team was great. Own three products and IÕm sure IÕll buy more in the future.
