I have ordered a number of items from Pro Breeze and they have always arrived on time and in perfect condition. However, with regards to their hand held vacuum cleaners I have experienced considerable problems with their on/off switches. It is quite annoying as these switches seem to have a mind of their own, sometimes they work but other times they donÕt.The first time this happened one of them stopped working altogether. However although I was kindly sent a free replacement, this too eventually ended up the same. I do think therefore that the design of these switches should be looked at once again.

On first use, the Pro Breeze functioned as it should and we had excellent chips from the device. My only complaint was that the pre-set icons were difficult to read/decipher, and the instructions and cook book with the device did not help. However customer service sent me some pictures of the icons which included the pre set icon names and the operating temperatures.
