The service that i received with pro-breeze was actually quite good up to the point where they sent me the wrong item, which was bad and disapointing. However they did redeem themselves with a quick and helpful complaints process and speedy exchange of the incorrect item for the correct one.

No fuss fast delivery, happy my air purifier restored to perfection. Purchased two large air purifiers with in last year, have improved my sinus condition significantly.

Pleased with air fryer oven so far. Just hope Probreeze customer service is good if there's a problem (as there was with my Tower oven after a couple of uses) A really nice oven but it's too early to vouch for reliability.

Item sent out promptly but unfortunately it was the wrong item and l am still waiting to hear back from them regarding sorting it out. I had needed the item urgently so it has caused me great inconvenience that it was the incorrect item.

The Pro breeze service was very good ,the air purifier was a little less sturdy than I thought and wish now I had bought the more expensive model however it works well and will do for Using to cut out cigarette smoke coming in from my neighbour upstairs.
