Although the product had a fault, the response was prompt and we sorted out the problem. They were prepared to send a replacement unit, until I informed them that I had rectified the fault. One of the cable ties inside the unit was catching on the fan. That was rectified.

Delivery was quick, and online chat were able to give me detailed information about the specifications to allow pre planning of installation. The product was well packaged and as described. I'm sure if there were any issues Pro Breeze would be able to help.

Pro Breeze kept me updated at each stage of my order, their website was very easy to navigate and the buying process was straightforward. My purchase took a little longer than the 'next day delivery' promise but my purchase was well packaged and arrived in good order.

Good looking product, arrived as promised, only used it once to cook chips on auto setting, They were awful. Not blaming cooker I need more practice and sure it will be fine.

Prompt delivery. Well packaged. Arrived intact. Instructions satisfactory. Still learning to use the oven. I need time to practice my cooking this way before I can decide if it suits.
