Sadly the first cooker sent out was damaged but a quick email with some photos and customer services immediately sent out another one which arrived very promptly, I would have no hesitation to recommend Pro Breeze to anyone.

I contacted pro breeze as I was unsure on which product to buy, I had quick response back and really good information regarding on which one would be sufficient enough for the size of room, after this I bought the 500ml dehumidifier.

Customer service is 5 stars but product design is 3 stars. A wet mess is caused when refilling because when you lift the tank from the base it drips water onto whatever surface you have it on. Then when you fill the tank it is heavy and clumsy to carry because of this weight. Why you cannot fill he tank from the top with -say - a jug I do not know. It would be a huge improvement.
