Sadly the first cooker sent out was damaged but a quick email with some photos and customer services immediately sent out another one which arrived very promptly, I would have no hesitation to recommend Pro Breeze to anyone.

I contacted pro breeze as I was unsure on which product to buy, I had quick response back and really good information regarding on which one would be sufficient enough for the size of room, after this I bought the 500ml dehumidifier.

Customer service is 5 stars but product design is 3 stars.
A wet mess is caused when refilling because when you lift the tank from the base it drips water onto whatever surface you have it on.
Then when you fill the tank it is heavy and clumsy to carry because of this weight.
Why you cannot fill he tank from the top with -say - a jug I do not know. It would be a huge improvement.

From looking ad web page to ordering and delivery I couldn't fault any stage . Now to find if product lives up to expectations.

Impressively fast delivery but fell down after that. The performance of the dehumidifier does not conform to the specification online or in the manual. I managed to quickly have an online chat with an advisor who was unable to explain what the problem was (or if there was one) and promised to email. Since then ... nothing. I do not know whether my product is faulty and needs returning or mis-sold because it was incorrectly described. Having said this it is working but I don't know that it will be effective to the extent that we need it to be.

The service was excellent, this is the second dehumidifier same make and model that I have and use it constantly in my Motorhome, the reason for the replacement was because the other one dropped out of the overhead locker and smashed. I would recommend the Pro Breeze products
