Received following day - impressed. I bought this for my elderly parents (85+) - they are delighted with it - reason - "its so easy to use" - to quote them. And it offers good quick heating. They are very pleased - I certainly would recommend the company and this product.

Ordered on pro breeze site. Was on offer at a good price, used next day after delivery, took about 24 hours to see how much water it took out of upstairs., wow what a result! Never knew how much moisture was created! Use every day as hubby showers every day & dehumidifier takes out moisture it's amazing!! Dont know how I managed without it! No more wiping of windows!!! Yes I would buy again. Thanks pro breeze!
