Easy ordering. Cheaper than Amazon. Extra filters available to buy at the same time. It was bought to try and freshen the air in a room where rats and invertebrates are kept. I works !!

My fat fingers mistyped my address didn’t notice until next day but customer service was very quick and corrected it when I contacted them - not an automated reply but a real person! So goods delivered on time

The air drier arrived promptly and was well packaged. Nice to see a small booklet of menus included. I’ve only used it twice and it seems ok. It cooked a bit quicker than I anticipated. Early days but it looks promising.

Ordering was simple. Delivery was amazing - next day free delivery and text advice on day of delivery. I am still getting used to using the air fryer but from the beginning I haven't found it easy to push the drawer into the air fryer. In fact I have managed to chip the plastic in my efforts to get it in. My sister has the same model and she has the same difficulty. Hopefully I will get used to inserting the drawer smoothly. Other than that I am pleased with what I have cooked in it and am looking forward to being more adventurous.
