All I can say is... WOW.
Wonderful product I don't really know how bad the air was in my house. Its on 24/7 and is making a great improvement to the smell from the dogs and cats have gone.
Once again super fast delivery. Good communication via email on delivery time.
I always read reviews before getting anything and look around for the best deals.
So a quick summary.
1. Good value for money.
2. Better air conditioning
3. silent night mode ( speed one)
4. Fast delivery

Good products but if small dehumidifier wouldn't lower humidity be lower the 60% mark then I think this should be mentioned in description

Best purchase - it works very well, no mould anymore in my room - very quite even if used at night in the bedroom. Also laundry dries much quicker. Recommended

Was not sure if this small unit would be big enough for our requirements. Now had the unit for a week and very pleased with the performance. Thank you very much

The reason I have given it 3 stars is there appears to be a fault. The plug adapter in my opinion over heats. What I will say is it looks good value for money. I have reported the fault and was promptly offered a full refund or replacement. As I like the unit I have opted for a replacement. Just waiting for one to be delivered. To date I have received excellent customer service via email. Hopefully the new unit will be with me in due course.
