Very easy to read website and ordering system. I have only one query, I read that I would receive a discount of between 5-50% with my first order but was then told that I would receive a 15% discount with my second order. Can you advise if any of these are true?

The ceramic heater is just what was needed to take the chill off the conservatory. It arrived quickly and I recommend ProBreeze and would definitely use them again.

Very good dehumidifier, compact but powerful. Delivery was very good as well. Very happy and we have been looking at their other products

Service was second to none. Many organisations claim to give good service but, in my experience, many fail to deliver. Pro Breeze's service was truly excellent - speedy with great communication to keep me informed along the way.

I purchased this Pro Breeze dehumidifier as it had been recommended on a website. Sadly, it just isn't doing the job and despite being in a room smaller than that recommended and at the correct temperature, it is hardly extracting any moisture. I shall have to return to a regular dehumidifier, and feel I have wasted £40.

Next day delivery no problems. Easy to use, works well

It performs pretty much as stated -- leaving it on over night it has been pulling 100ml of water out of the air, but humidity level has not been super high so seems on spec. It is too noisy for a bedroom, but in a day time setting its volume level is acceptably low. The main problem is that the water tank is sealed so it cannot be cleaned properly. They want you to pay more (the old up-sell) to get the a model that has a 'special feature' of simply being able to open the water collection tank. It is kind of environmentally irresponsible to design it in such a poor way -- if it gets grungy after a lot of use people will just throw it out. Built-in obsolescence might be a great sales strategy, but...
