Came a day earlier than expected - via Amazon - and was put to use immediately. It has been very effective and we are considering buying another one.

We have been impressed with Pro Breeze since we ordered, although there was a slight technical hitch which we had initially, the company pulled out the stops to rectify it . That was before we had even tried the product, we could not be more pleased with the product now it has been tried nor with the customer service from the company. Customer service seems to be more important these days since we do not have face to face contact with the seller. Our thanks go to Charlotte our initial contact, Joshua and Victoria who sorted out our problem. Thank you so much ,we are impressed and would certainly recommend your company

When I enquired about warranty bit on the web-site, which was unclear and looked as if you were punting for people to buy the longer one, the woman who answered the phone was very courteous and helful, explained, and said she would pass my comment about web-design on.
