The online buying process was straightforward and very easy. The delivery process is extremely quick - I ordered online on Friday evening and the dehumidifier was delivered on Saturday morning. Excellent service. The dehumidifier was as described, at a very respectable reduced price, and performs brilliantly. I can't rate Pro Breeze highly enough.

An irresponsible way to do business, with it having taken me a number of emails to explain that the supplied unit we received was faulty out of the box, they agreed to supply me a replacement unit, telling me to DISPOSE OF THE FAULTY UNIT MYSELF? I pushed back and suggested they could look to repair the faulty unit and sell it as refurbished, I was then told to take it to a local recycling depot. Whilst this is the so called “right” thing to do, its not remotely environmentally aware or showing any consideration for a planet that is clearly in crisis. The components and chemicals inside a desiccant dehumidifier need specific treatment before they’re considered to be “waste”. I sad to have paid money to this company who seem to be only interested in the line of least resistance to the next £1. Sad sad sad times. As a responsible business owner these guys should be making sure what they sell is sound, well tested and wherever possible take responsibility for their actions.

The product is amazing...I'm extremely happy with it and considering ordering another one. The only thing I was disappointed with was the promise of next day free delivery which never happened and I wasn't notified of this but had to enquire myself as to why the product hadn't been delivered. The reason was given that the product wasn't in the shop and the staff had to rely on amazon to deliver.It arrived 2 days later.

Delivery was next day and free, the price was excellent, and the product is extremely good. Quite rightly, there is a warning that it does get hot and requires a heat pad to stand on and to be moved from under kitchen cupboards. I bought a welder's gauze pad from B&Q for a fiver and that makes an excellent heat pad.
