ProBreeze have been excellent throughout with fast helpful responses to emails and exemplary customer service, and next day delivery (see terms on ProBreeze website), I would recommend this company to anyone, and would not hesitate to make another purchase. Many thanks ProBreeze, especially Marta from customer support.

I had a problem as the dehumidifier did not turn up as promised the next day delivery turned into 5 days. But I was offered a discount which was ok, but I went with the company as it was promised a next day delivery, and although I was greatfyk for the gesture, I still felt let down by the delivery service.

The product is amazing...I'm extremely happy with it and considering ordering another one. The only thing I was disappointed with was the promise of next day free delivery which never happened and I wasn't notified of this but had to enquire myself as to why the product hadn't been delivered. The reason was given that the product wasn't in the shop and the staff had to rely on amazon to deliver. It arrived 2 days later.

Delivery was next day and free, the price was excellent, and the product is extremely good. Quite rightly, there is a warning that it does get hot and requires a heat pad to stand on and to be moved from under kitchen cupboards. I bought a welder's gauze pad from B&Q for a fiver and that makes an excellent heat pad.

Great heat from such a tiny machine. Can be moved from room to room easily as it is very lightweight. The cut off valve is excellent as it works immediately if the machine is moved or is tipped forward.
