Although the item arrived a bit later than expected after a call to the company, a replacement was sent and arrived as expected. Easy to contact and no quibble fast replacement.

Excellent service. I have purchased three mini dehumidifiers and unfortunately one developed a fault which the company dealt with very quickly. They are really good for bedrooms and are so easy to empty.

Fast response but no idea of how the product fully works. Actual product itself does work on a small scale when on for long periods.
Product is very loud and not as good as other products due to the way it has been designed it makes it perfect for anyone with a smart home who wishes to automate it.

Contacted ProBreeze to replace a fan in my gym that had unfortunately failed after years of service; my inquiry about replacement parts, and then finally about ordering a new one was handled efficiently and professionally by Victoria. The new fan is great for the indoor training space, and the warranty gives peace of mind should anything happen.

The product I ordered arrived damaged (waterlogged packaging and water around the product - not good for electrical goods) I imagine this was down to mishandling by the couriers, but in any event ProBreeze responded immediately to my message and arranged a replacement to be sent the following day by express courier.
I then was a little unsure about an aspect of the operating instructions (how the timer worked) so email for clarification,,, and got a response almost instantaneously, so excellent after sales service.
The product's good too, although, being a dehumidifier, it will really come into its own over the ensuing months as the weather worsens.
