The item I ordered was delivered before the estimated date I had been given which considering delivery is free I think is excellent service. The item was as described and works perfectly.

My 12,000 BTU unit‘s exhaust fan blade broke within first 5 mins of working. No worries though - I emailed into you, and got a very good helpful response about arranging picking up from my door next day and sending a replacement. Thank you for your help. I hope that I don’t need to burden you again!

It has made a massive difference to relief of my nasal congestion. Plugged in during the evening while sitting reading or watching TV. Occasionally also in bedroom overnight which also makes a great difference.

I did have some problems purchasing an item. Whilst attempting to purchase using a debit card, a message told me that there were no delivery options for my address. I messaged Pro Breeze about the first message but it ins't a live message service. I tried again using PayPal only to be informed that the payment had been declined. When I checked my bank account, there were 2 pending transactions to Pro Breeze. The bank checked and could find no decline flag on either transaction so they cancelled them for me. A couple of days later, I had an E-Mail from Pro Breeze telling me that they had received and processed my order and that the item was being dispatched for next day delivery. Most Odd.
