I did have some problems purchasing an item. Whilst attempting to purchase using a debit card, a message told me that there were no delivery options for my address. I messaged Pro Breeze about the first message but it ins't a live message service. I tried again using PayPal only to be informed that the payment had been declined. When I checked my bank account, there were 2 pending transactions to Pro Breeze. The bank checked and could find no decline flag on either transaction so they cancelled them for me.
A couple of days later, I had an E-Mail from Pro Breeze telling me that they had received and processed my order and that the item was being dispatched for next day delivery. Most Odd.

I ended up being charged £40 more than the advertised price. After a quick email to explain I was refunded promptly. The delivery took longer than expected due to coronavirus delays (an email was sent explaining expected delays) But it was eventually delivered with tracking well packaged and as advertised. Would recommend but check price advertised Vs price charged.
