The delivery and packaging were excellent. This fan is the second one I have bought from Probreeze (due to the high quality and efficiency of the cooling fan). Anyone who needs their room(s) cooling down needs one of these. Absolutely brilliant.

Easy to order, I received an immediate order confirmation followed up by delivery confirmation. Delivery was on time and the fan was easy to assemble. It works just as advertised so I'm happy.

Would give NO points if I could. Said they had stock and let me place an order when they had none in stock.

The quality of the product is appalling - it barely cools a small room. And £180 !! I would be grateful if someone could contact me as I would like a refund / to report a fault.

Really good turnaround. Website was clear and good comms around delivery times. Overall, very good service and cheaper by going direct.

Fabulous customer service. We did return the unit but all communication with Pro Breeze was prompt and helpful. I would definitely use them again as they were superb.

I waited a week and a half for it after contacting you several time to find out where the package was. It finally arrived and I tested it out to find out that it takes a very small percentage of moisture out of the air. I had it on for a whole day and it just produced a dribble of water from a very damp bathroom. I would like a refund and for you to pay for the postage to send it back to you.
