Bought a brand new air conditioner. Set everything up as usual and found there was a broken clip at the back. emailing the team at ProBreeze over multiple emails and now currently it's been well over 12 days and still not heard anything back. Despite telling them it's a damaged clip, they're still Äúwaiting to hear back from the product teamÄù so they can send out a part, to which I'm so confused why it takes so long to get in touch with your own team. Extremely disappointed.

I love the fan and I love knowing I'm buying from a local company. The fan has many features I have found so useful; particularly the remote control and the range of settings and modes. It was delivered the next day and has really been a very welcomed appliance for both the hot nights and my indoor cycling sessions. Thank you!

The service and delivery offered by pro breeze is very good. The reality is the temperature of the air produced from this unit is near identical to that of a standard electric fan. I used bags of ice and cool blocks but it makes little to no difference. Other reviews were a little miss leading in regards to this.

See picture. The hose won’t reach a standard high window quarter light. That’s poor for a AC unit which needs to expel hot air outside!

Product arrived quickly and very well packaged. Instructions for setting up the aircon unit were clear and easy to understand.

First class service however the aircon unit was to noisy for for partner to tolerate

Their return policy is rubbish! They expect the customer to organise & pay for returns of non-faulty units. Do not buy & change your mind once received. Luckily I only live 20-30 mins away from their return address. I can only guess how much a courier would charge to return a large unit that must weigh 30KG or more. NEVER AGAIN!!
