Their return policy is rubbish! They expect the customer to organise & pay for returns of non-faulty units.
Do not buy & change your mind once received.
Luckily I only live 20-30 mins away from their return address.
I can only guess how much a courier would charge to return a large unit that must weigh 30KG or more.
NEVER AGAIN!!

The air conditioner is as expected cools the room down to a manageable level on the hot nights; not freezing cold but just right. It is a bit noisy but we expected this and turn it off when we go to sleep. The free next day delivery was excellent and it was easy to set up. We have a hinged opening outwards window and the fishtail adaptor instructions were clear and easy to fit. The air con is quite heavy but slim, the friendly delivery man lifted it into my hallway.

Swift initial action, I had a problem with the first unit which took to long to resolve but we eventually got there. Quicker action would have brought a higher review.
