I would highly recommend this Company as I found their Service to be the best I have ever had the pleasure to contact! I had more or less an immediate response to my online chat and emails. I was in touch with the same person(Victoria) throughout my whole experience, which was great, as I didn’t have to repeat my queries to another person. I wish all Customer Care service advisors were as attentive, considerate and patient, as Victoria was to me. I didn’t have a major problem, however it was swiftly taken care of, and the advise given was by someone completely knowledgeable about the item. I was given tips about the products use, and delivery was arranged and the pro breeze arrived very quickly. As I said in the heading, I found their Service second to none, and I thank you especially Victoria...for a swift and easy purchase.

Efficient service and very fast delivery. I ordered a tower fan and it does the job perfectly. Ordered during the heatwave and left switched on at the side of my bed all night. Best nights sleep I have had in ages On the down side the screws supplied to fix the base were too narrow for the holes and I had to go through my screw box to find alternatives. Maybe I was just unlucky.

Bought a brand new air conditioner. Set everything up as usual and found there was a broken clip at the back. emailing the team at ProBreeze over multiple emails and now currently it’s been well over 12 days and still not heard anything back. Despite telling them it’s a damaged clip, they’re still “waiting to hear back from the product team” so they can send out a part, to which I’m so confused why it takes so long to get in touch with your own team. Extremely disappointed.

Fabulous customer service. We did return the unit but all communication with Pro Breeze was prompt and helpful. I would definitely use them again as they were superb.

I waited a week and a half for it after contacting you several time to find out where the package was. It finally arrived and I tested it out to find out that it takes a very small percentage of moisture out of the air. I had it on for a whole day and it just produced a dribble of water from a very damp bathroom.
I would like a refund and for you to pay for the postage to send it back to you.
