ProBreeze has been very good although my little episode started on the Amazon page where I bought the Pro Breeze® 4-in-1 Air Purifier and thought I would buy an extra filter as I read "Frequently bought together" unfortunately it was the wrong size of filter but Amazon is still selling these items as Frequently bought together totally mistakenly. Since having return the PB-P02 Air Purifier Replacement Filter (PB-P02F) back as useless for my model I then found out that Amazon does not stock the correct spare filter ( PB-P03F) hence my dealings directly with ProBreeze. The first order was sent back apparently with no attempt to deliver by DPD in Jersey. I was impressed with the professional and friendly way I was dealt with to the final happy conclusion of the filters being delivered today, Thank you and I would recommend your company.

Fantastic customer service - the fans they advised me on work brilliant. They will help me get through the summer. Fantastic quality and range of products also. Honestly, they are the best. Thanks Pro Breeze!

Product arrived was as advertised and quick easy assembly.
Delivery was on date given.
Product works well and good for large areas.
It's as quiet as can be expected for the speed and power output. Not quiet but acceptable.

Really quick delivery - bought on the Monday and arrived Tuesday morning.
Our flat has west facing windows and gets ridiculously hot in the summer and this fan has genuinely changed our lives - I can sit in the living room without dripping with sweat. Wonderful product.

Fast efficient service super product. Combined with an automatic timer plug my plants are happy every day. I'm so happy I bought a second unit for my bedroom.

I ordered two items and only one arrived the next day. I had to wait another day for next one (which isn't so bad but purchased with next day delivery) so was a little annoying. Also frustrating there is no phone number to contact someone. It did come and I was replied to via email after a few hours and was all good and very polite reply!

Very prompt service, item received within 3 days after ordering. It was a little fiddly to put base together but eventually got there and by then, I was rather hot and bothered in this heat so got to put the fan to use straight away, it does not disappoint; I love the cool breeze from it and the options for speed and timing. It is also fairly quiet and I think it was worth the money, I would say this is a fantastic fan!!
