Poor customer service. I emailed them to advise me on how I can change/substitute one of the fans as there’s an annoying sound when it’s on oscillating mode, still hasn’t got any reply from them.

Excellent service all round. Easy to order, great prices and the delivery was narrowed down to a one hour time slot, which meant that I wasn't stuck in all day.
