I had a small query following placement of my order and customer services responded straight away. My fan arrived the day after ordering and works like a dream, really cooling, looks great and love the small drawer and pad for adding scented oils, I haven't tried that yet but definitely will. No complaints at all!

Ordering from Pro Breeze was very easy. However the first courier service was not so good. It took Victoria from Pro Breeze to step in & arrange a replacement order to be delivered, which she promised would be with us the following day & sure enough it was.

Whilst satisfied with the product as it does all it says on the label, it is a shame that the light cannot be turned off at night as it illuminates the whole room.
