I found this company by searching online and liked what I found. I ordered two air coolers. They arrived well packaged the following day. Both look good and work well. I have yet to use them properly as we haven't had the high temperatures necessary.

I ordered from the Pro Breeze website on the 16th April and was promised next day delivery. The item was dispatched very quickly and I was given DPD tracking information.
A few days later and the tracking information showed that DPD had still not received the item from Pro Breeze, so I contacted them directly.
I was told this was down to delays on DPDs side, yet over the last 2 weeks I've had 4 orders from DPD that have all turned up on time.
I was then told they'd dispatch another one, but almost 2 weeks later I still don't have the item and I am now starting to feel I have been scammed.

I couldn't be happer with the Fast delivery and the Air Fryer. The product was very easy to use and it is great to be able to put the whole basket area in the dishwasher. So pleased that I bought this product and would highly recommend it.
