Great service. Speedy delivery and customer service was very helpful with a couple of questions I had before & after my purchase. I’ve already noticed a difference in air quality so will keep using them.

The air purifier I ordered had a minor fault with it when it arrived. I contacted their customer service and they were very apologetic and immediately offered a refund or replacement. The replacement was delivered within a couple of days and worked perfectly. Their service agents were always very helpful and responded quickly.

Really pleased with my purchase does everything it is supposed to do. Have it in the bedroom - the air seem cleaner and makes it easier to breath. I suffer with sinusitis with blocked nose and heavy nose bleeds. I will have to wait and see about the nosebleeds but it is definitely unblocking my sinuses. It is very easy to fill and lasts easily 2 to 3 nights in a good size bedroom. I am so pleased I am thinking of getting the bigger one for the lounge soon. Also very efficient service from Pro Breeze.
