Great shopping experience, quick and easy. Fast dispatch and a pretty quick delivery considering. Thank you Pro Breeze, you were also cheaper than Amazon.

The service was excellent, it’s the product that I wasn’t over the moon about. I’d previously bought the dehumidifier and that exceeds 5* if that’s possible. The claims for the vac are for super suction but it barely pulls on my hand when I cover the tube. I’ve consigned it to the garage to pick up from the floor, Even that is a pain as it takes longer to clean the vac out after using it than the time in use, also when you clean the HEPA filter you get a face full of dust and the chamber securing points don’t look like they’ll be there for long. The shiny New vac looked amazing but after emptying out the chamber a few times and cleaning the filter, which happens after a couple of minute of use as capacity is the same as a small coffee cup. I got the vac at a great price because of multiple discounts so I’ve tried to be balanced in my review, if I’d paid the full price I’d struggle to justify one star, honestly. If the dehumidifier ever breaks I’d get another in a flash, if the vac breaks it won’t be a surprise and I’ll throw it in the bin and not look back, it seriously needs a design review as it’s full of latent defects.

The free delivery was fast (admittedly a day later than first informed, but Covid19 and the bank holiday were in the way), but incomplete (got the ProBreeze but not the spare filter that I ordered). The air purifier seems to be working fine, but as yet (3 days later) no massive change in my breathing. I shall have to see if it was worth the (discounted) price in the months to come.

Yes easy to order delivered on time despite the present difficulties

Firstly I wasn't notified that my delivery would be delayed, I had to email probreeze to find out, and I didn't receive an apology. Secondly, the SMS I received from probreeze for my DPD delivery date and time was incorrect by one day, so I wasted my time waiting in. Thirdly, my delivery was late by many days. ...if probreeze had kept me up to date with correct information that would of not been a problem, but because I have been messed around I am not happy.
