Recently purchased a small dehumidifier but unfortunately the adapter was missing. I contacted Custer service who responded very quickly. A replacement was sent out but was the wrong one, then another one but was also wrong. There was a problem in their warehouse so they sent me a new unit. They did resolve the problems very quickly and the issues was resolved.

Bought small dehumidifier Dec ‘22 and it worked beautifully for 9 months, then refused to start. I emailed ProBreeze and to my surprise they were extremely helpful & ended up replacing the faulty product. Excellent after sales care! Wish other companies could be the same. special thanks to Linda.

Got this to use in the porch as had issues with mould appearing on sealant caused by condensation last winter. Used for a week and so far it’s clearing the condensation!

Only had the dehumdifier for a week so difficult to say how it’s performing. Doesn’t appear to be clearing condensation on window as quickly as expected but time will tell, however plenty of condensate collected in the tank so must be doing something!

Ordering and payment at the ProBreeze website was very easy. Delivery by Yodel was readily arranged on a day when I would be at home. On delivery the appliance was delivered upside down despite the markings on the box. I was rather concerned about damage to the appliance but no damage was observed when unpacking and the appliance is working well, so all well.

I only started using this last night and am already very impressed. It reduced the humidity in my bathroom by 10% within the first two hours of using it just by placing it by the doorway. Also placed it in a bedroom and reduced humidity by 20% within 2 hours. Dries the room out really quickly and warms it up too. I'll leave on for longer next time. I'm very impressed by this machine. Really easy to use and excellent if you have a cold house which attracts damp. Highly recommended.

Not suitable for bed room or living area . Blows out very cold air . A room would feel like a very cold fridge .
