Item arrived faulty with CS to speak to have to rely on emails being responded to and after 48hrs no reply. Can’t arrange a return as the download form doesn’t work nor do I think I should cover the postage costs for a faulty item.

Dehumidifier is excellent using around the house very good laundry drying and humidity has gone down to 60 good to use in the bathroom after showering. I put dehumidifier in my smallest bedroom that’s not in use that I use for my ironing and airing our cloths on our cloths rack I just press the laundry button on the dehumidifier and the cloths dry in less then 5 hrs and I dry also when the central heating comes on. You could also use a extra fan to circulate the warm air to dry clothes at the same time.
