I had an issue with my dehumifier, something like 6 months after I bought it. I contacted the customer service about my problem and they were effective. I know that usually their products are great, so, to see that the customer service is too deserve the highest note.

I haven't received my dehumidifier yet. It said it should be here in 2 working days, that's the delivery option that was chosen, but it's been 6 working days and nothing yet. Doesn't even show that it's out for delivery.
