I ordered as a gift but cancelled half hour later on a Sunday. However it took Probreeze 3 days to respond and was therefore too late. Decided to keep it and try it. Its very quiet running and cannot hear it from upstairs. Seems to work fine. Shame you can't set 1 schedule to come on and go off its one or the other. Also emptying water isnt great and can be messy.

Very easy to use website, everything is explained well. I placed my order and the dehumidifier was delivered the next day. We have been very impressed with the dehumidifier and it does exactly what we need it to do. Overall I would definitely recommend Probreeze

Received my 12l dehumidifier 5 days ago. It seems to be working well as the humidity has dropped by 10 -15 on the screen. I contacted customer service as I have had "p1" come up on the screen a few times and they have advised that it is just going through a cycle and that it resets itself. The dehumidifier burn 5p -9p per hour according to my smart meter. Although the dehumidifier does not have a specific laundry mode, I shut it in a room with my wet washing and it functions well on continuous mode and high setting. The humidity in my house is high and I had a lot of condensation which caused mould patches that I had to keep bleaching once a month. It is too early to say how well it will reduce this but humidity has dropped so I'm confident it will help. All in all I am really pleased with the performance of the unit in my 2 bed semi-detached house.

We have a condensation issue in our conservatory.
I brought a ProBreeze - PB 06 online.
Delivered next day.
Humidifier is portable and suitable for our needs.
Within 24 Hours humidity reduced from over 80% to between 50 and 60%.
Tank holds 1 and a half litres and is easy to remove and empty.
The P1 message means tank needs emptying not in instruction manual.
Seems to be doing it’s job.
I now run it for a few hours morning and afternoon.
