I would have given 5* if I had received a reply to my query regarding changing my order for the 1000ml dehumidifier. I asked if it was possible to change the order for a 1500ml mini dehumidifier but I did not receive a reply .
The 1000ml dehumidifier works well and I am satisfied with unit but it would have been more convenient to have had the larger 1500ml.

My order was delivered The next day. The 12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with Built-in Humidistat has been working well making a property less damp. It is reasonably quiet and has enough capacity for a full day before emptying. I am yet to see how it impacts the heating bill as I have only had it 10 days.

Recently brought the 3.0L Premium High Capacity Dehumidifier with Smart App Control. It is absolutely brilliant.
We invested in one of these whilst we wait to get our roof ventilation sorted. We were waking up to severe condensation of the windows and water marks on the walls, but when you put this on for 6 hours through the night, we are now waking up to dry windows & walls. (With almost 3 litres captured in tank). Being able to control it via the app makes life a lot easier. Very impressed with its performance. Highly recommend it. Worth every penny. They also delivered it the NEXT DAY !!! Fantastic service.

The product itself is perfectly fine. However I was very disappointed with the delivery problems I encountered. According to Amazon Shipping tracking information ,the package was supposed to have left the Bromley-by Bow carrier facility at 14.22 hrs on 10th Nov. I also had a text message on my mobile that the estimated date of delivery was that same day. 2 working days after that date nothing had turned up.
The Amazon shipping tracking page does not provide convenient contact details to make enquiries. I found some on the Amazon Support site.
I ended up sending e-mails to Amazon Support, One Retail Group, and yourselves.
Then on 17th Nov. my package ended up at Milton Keynes , then Weybridge in Surrey , then Erith In Bexley on 18th Nov. before I received it.
I can only assume the original package was lost/damaged or stolen & a replacement was sent as I live in South East London less than 5 miles away from Bromley-by-Bow. Why would the original package go from Bromley to Milton Keynes?
