Early days but seems ok

I am delighted with both dehumidifiers: the 12L and the 1500ml models. They are both working efficiently and I am especially impressed by the low noise level when in operation.

Since purchasing the ProBreeze I have noticed a huge change in the condensation on the windows & I’ve only had it a week!
It’s small & compact & makes hardly any noise, if any to be honest! Best purchase this year, I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

Very pleased with my oil-filled radiator. It heats up quickly, keeps my office warm in the cold weather and seems economical to run.

Website problem resolution and customer service are not fit for purpose.

What should be a simple resolution to an item getting damaged in transit has just turned into the most time wasting and annoying experience.

Fill in a long winded on-line questionnaire (all things that they already know about the order) and supply pictures - screen says Enquiry Received' but no email confirmation.

So I leave it over the weekend and a day, still nothing so I email help@probreeze.com and they respond quickly from support@probreeze.zendesk.com asking for all the information and pictures I already sent them on the web before and the email I sent them.

So I email them back reminding them of this, asking them to actually read the 2 previous communications, they just ignore me.

So I bundle all of the above up into another email, attaching the previous ones, and attaching the pictures and typing all the information they asked for yet again.

So the positive is that order was initially received next day, on a Saturday but they have really let themselves down as their problem resolution process just does not work - Web form not joined to help email not joined to zen desk.

It should have been so simple, I should have had a new unit the day after and would have simply put the item arriving damaged down to transit and one of those things that can happen; likely outside of their control but there is no excuse for this experience.

Arrived in time for the bad weather
Is quickly heated up gives out consistent heat up to the required temperature setting
There is a timer setting that allows the radiator to come on & switch off at set times
Great buy keeping gas costs down !

Order done from Probreeze own online store on Sunday . My money taken no confirmation several emails over 3 days to customer service then get told will be delivered on Friday . Considering they say it takes 2 days to deliver not impressed and no confirmation email and no explanation why I didn’t get one. Product itself ok but customer service rubbish
