Already owned a probreeze 30l dehumidifer which was just under 2 years old and was used daily. It had been great at reducing the humidity in my house and reducing mold as it is a very old stone house, however, it had started having issues with water leaking from somewhere and I was finding a pool of water under the machine. After contacting probreeze and sending a video of the issue as requested they promptly sent me a brand new replacement one (newer model). Can't fault their customer service, all done by email and had responses back the following day every time. Excellent service would highly recommend them.

The dehumidifier is faulty. The online message requesting replacement yesterday has not been answered.
Unfortunately, the error previously described has reoccurred. I am concerned about the safety of the product. The instructions say that when I push the power off button I should not unplug the machine while the fan is running for its two minute safety cooling period. However, last night the product again continued to run for 30 minutes after I powered it off before I resorted to pulling the plug out. Worse, although I had it running all afternoon / evening no water was extracted during this period and mist formed on the inside of my conservatory - it was definitely humid in there. At other times the product does extract water from the air and also stops correctly after its 2 minute safety cool down. However, I am not prepared to put up with a product that only works correctly some of the time.
