I placed an order for two dehumidifier units and received first one unit and then two units, the latter two came in Amazon boxes. I was initially concerned about how they had been stored as all the boxes were covered in bird droppings. but I am now more concerned about the fact that having, in good faith, notified the company that they had sent an extra unit, I have been informed that I have in fact been charged for four units. The customer service is poor as the personnel responding by email does not seem able to grasp the basic issue that they are being asked to deal with. Furthermore the absence of a telephone number means that you cannot speak directly to anyone in the company. I wish I had ordered the items through Amazon as they would have dealt with the matter without wasting my time.
