The initial service I received when I ordered the air purifier was ok, and it was not until I unpacked the appliance I realised that it could not be used in the uk, as it was fitted with a TWO PIN plug. Totally useless, and despite sending numerous emails to you organisation, I failed to receive any response. I had no way of contacting you by telephone as you do not give a contact number. I asked myself, WHY?
It not until one of your staff, William, sent me a mail apologising for your error in sending out the wrong appliance for use in the UK that I finally got any sense from your company.
The matter has now been resolved with a UK compatible appliance, thanks to the help and assistance from William and he deserve some recognition for sorting the matter out.
A land line you be useful, so what is wrong in this.

No Next Day Free delivery! Product was send by MyHermes and dumped by the door of my flat in very busy area. Surprisingly it wasn't stollen.
