Arrived quickly. Have only had it about a week. Using it in a small unheated larder & have emptied it twice (when it was about half full). Very quiet. So far so good - only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I've not had it very long. Thank you.

Already have one of these products and I am very pleased with it. Easy purchase process online, quick delivery and customer excellent. I was even offered a discount as I was buying the second one for an elderly neighbour whose cheap one had broken quite quickly and he couldn’t afford a new one.

The initial service I received when I ordered the air purifier was ok, and it was not until I unpacked the appliance I realised that it could not be used in the uk, as it was fitted with a TWO PIN plug. Totally useless, and despite sending numerous emails to you organisation, I failed to receive any response. I had no way of contacting you by telephone as you do not give a contact number. I asked myself, WHY? It not until one of your staff, William, sent me a mail apologising for your error in sending out the wrong appliance for use in the UK that I finally got any sense from your company. The matter has now been resolved with a UK compatible appliance, thanks to the help and assistance from William and he deserve some recognition for sorting the matter out. A land line you be useful, so what is wrong in this. Any answers would be appreciated, and please pass on my thanks to William for being so helpful to a customer.

No Next Day Free delivery! Product was send by MyHermes and dumped by the door of my flat in very busy area. Surprisingly it wasn't stollen. I was planning to buy another product but afraid it would be lost on delivery or after been dumped by the door under rain.
