It works pretty well, as expected and described in the info. I could have given 5 stars but there are two things: - The drainage pipe is too short - Not about the dehumidifier but bout the website: Added extended warranty form doesnt respond very well, i tried filling it a few times and havent got the extended warranty mail as yet. Otherwise its value for money and definately recomm to buy

Make returns easier by providing it on the invoice such as many other brands.

Excellent product- hope it helps permanently dealing with my black mould issue around my window sil for all seasons- wish I could afford lager units to use on electric outlets in better places round the house And downstairs- would love to see what it could remove. Only oddity is removal of water from tray- comes out of a hole in middle and not, say the side.

Arrived quickly. Have only had it about a week. Using it in a small unheated larder & have emptied it twice (when it was about half full). Very quiet. So far so good - only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is because I’ve not had it very long. Thank you.
