The delivery was promptly delivered in good time and with a minimum of fuss. The product was well packaged and the radiator has so far performed and worked really well to expectations.

This really seems to be working! I had one of those awful block dehumidifiers which leaked all over the carpet. I just hope this does turn off when itÕs full, and it is filling up quite quickly. Have bought a smaller one for a wardrobe with no electric sockets so hoping that works as well. Amazingly quick delivery, ordered 6.30 p.m, arrived the next day!

late delivery, had to contact pro-breeze and parent company to ask where item was, when error discovered I received item next day. This will not deter me from buying again as mistakes happen. Hope to award 5 stars next time.

My item came quickly and was exactly as expected. It was easy to register and I have been given the extended warranty for doing it within two weeks. I would definitely recommend this company and I would definitely buy from them again.

More accurate delivery and service execution. Order process efficient but only 1 of 2 items delivered then when queried status of 2nd item was told my order was cancelled as they mixed up orders. After exchanges of 3 messages from me received 2nd item with less than direct apology. Also no phone number to call for customer service. Only email or online form.

First rate service: I was kept fully informed from the placement of the order to the delivery date and the registration of the warranty. I am impressed with the performance of the heater: it's flexible heat delivery, safety features and the automatic oscillation, which provides very effective heat distribution. Lastly the packaging box is high quality and very useful for storage purposes when the heater is not in use.
