The product has delivered what it has advertised. I rent an old 1 bedroom flat complete with high ceilings, drafty large single glazed windows and adding insult to injury, I just found out that my heating is a 9,000w electric broiler. So I got this product in hopes to cut down on my electric bill. I'm still waiting for this month's due but upon computation, I should be paying around £65 this month vs £116 last month (with just 2 weeks of my broiler working). I've set it on timer from 22:00 to 06:00 because I'm on an economy 7 and just at 1500w setting (it goes to 2000w). I'm expecting a bill even slightly lower than this one for next month. It takes time for this radiator to heat the living room due to the height of the ceiling but heats the slightly smaller size but just as high ceiling (and drafty) bedroom with confidence. So I just move it along each room I'm staying. I was worried about the reviews saying that the product failed to work in just 3 days or a week. I had this similar problem on my 4th day but figured out that the fuse on the plug has just come lose. It's working perfectly fine since but the company may want to have a look at this. I'm happy with my purchase and if I had a flat that's smaller in size, particularly the ceiling, with better insulation, I have no doubt this radiator will perform even better.
