Easy to navigate website, however when I paid with PayPal and returned to pro breeze website, it said my order had been cancelled, but payment had been taken, so I'll just have to see how it progresses over next few days

We placed the order on Saturday night and the following ,Monday money the air fryer was delivered. Very well packed. Easy instruction even in Italian and other languages. I washed it as instructed and I used straight away with what I had in the fridge. Roasted peppers first and then chicken legs. delicious healthy dinner, cooked in 50 minutes. I havenÕt added any fat to the chicken and few sprays of light frying oil to the peppers. Washed the parts when cooled in the dishwasher and IÕm ready to use them again today.

Ordered item directly through website as thought supporting business rather than Amazon taking cut. Clearly said 2 working days for delivery. They dispatched through Amazon anyway and an order on Monday wasn't due to be delivered until Friday. Can't even track order as using standard delivery. If used Amazon could have had free next day delivery. Contacted online customer service (as you can't telephone them) who were very unhelpful and expected me to do all the work. Won't refund until the package is returned though I possibly won't be available to refuse it or cannot put notes on the basic level tracking number with courier. If item is standard of customer service then not interested.
