The buying process was O.K. The confirmation E-mail had two sets of tracking details for different couriers, both were valid. only one was for me.

Ordering was easy, and the item was at slightly better price than Amazon. Delivered on expected date in right condition. Finally, the item was delivered by Amazon.

It is a very strong product and received intact but still trying to figure out how it operates. I would therefore suggest that they put it on YouTube for their customers to see how to operate the Dehumidifier. Many thanks.

The company sent my air fryer out the next working day at no extra charge. They offer a free 3-year product guarantee. That's fabulous! It's easy to sign up online. The company has a great range of products too.

Problem free transaction. What attracted me to buy direct was, simply, the price offered. This was less than anywhere else I could find online. Delivery was swift. Recommended company.
