I didnÕt want a honeymoon review of this product and so have spent some time using the dehumidifier. It has been a revelation providing a number for the room humidity. Options to use the unit, I find the timer so easy to use. A big feature is that the emptying is so easy.

Excellent machine doing great work for about 2 weeks now. Delivered next day as promised. Really good at reducing the humidity in our bedrooms and other rooms and has proven itself also dragging the moisture out of a kitchen and dining room recently plastered and floor levelled.

The delivery and packaging was excellent, The dehumidifier itself looks very good and was easy to install, the instructions easy to follow only concern for us was the 24 hour clock switching on and off, got it after a couple of runs, the lighting is ideal but the water level could be a little clearer

Despite a small hiccup when I didn't receive confirmation email the service was excellent with both items arriving a day early. The heater is really good and not too noisy. I have yet to use the steamer. Both arrived well packed and safely.
