I've never bought a dehumidifier before but a blocked gutter, causing damage and damp, set me searching. I'd only previously seen them in art galleries. At first look I was put off by the prices, until I saw the smaller and mid-range models which seemed appropriate for my affected upper hallway and bathroom spaces. I checked several review sites and noticed a suitable model being mentioned a few times. I shifted from review to purchase. I was surprised to find the best price was from the original supplier, not one of the big bulk-buying retailers. I also liked the idea of having a direct contact with them and not an intermediary (in case there was a problem). Ordering was simple and the box arrived within the stated delivery period (delivered to a friend's home since I'm not always in). It's been a week since my dehumidifier arrived. It was easy to set up. The instructions are clear and brief. It has already extracted a full reservoir of water. I must have been breathing in all that stagnant moisture. On one day I moved it into the bedroom beside a rack of newly washed clothes laid out to dry (I don't do tumble driers and it was wet outside). I'm convinced they dried quicker, even with no window open (it has gotten cold as well as wet outside). The water in the humidifier had to have come from somewhere. My only regret about my purchase is that I should have bought one of these things years ago. I hardly need to say but I will, this company and this product are Highly Recommended. (PS: If anyone thinks I'm just a marketing guy and the company paid me for this review, I hereby give the company my permission to forward any such doubters' responses and I'd be happy to put them right - within reason and data protection rules of course.)

Excellent product

Bought one of these for my daughter's room at shared Uni house. Excellent heat and hopefully not as expensive to run as traditional fan heaters due to it having ceramic plates. I also bought another one with the supplied discount code. If I was to try and look for a negative and be picky, the fan is bit loud, but not enough to put me off or keep me awake.

Pro Breeze gave the wrong address to DHL so I have not received my item! Even though they have the correct address and this is even on the invoice they sent me. I have paid for it and a week after having found out it was not delivered to the right address I still have not had any resolution accept an email from Pro Breeze saying they were sorry and Òworking with DHLÓ to get it redelivered but no date or confirmation!!! Bad service!!!! Taken my money! No item!

Hi Machine working well, but unable to register it for warranty as your web site just keep me taking me around and round, so may be you can get back to me so that i can register it , but i don't think that i will ever need to make a claim as it looks a good bit of kit. regards Ian.

Very helpful customer service and the filters are fairly priced. As you only need to replace the filter approximately every 6 months, these 3 filters should last a good amount of time.

Ordered and received the air fryer quickly after looking at a lot of good reviews and decided to take a chance on a new brand. So far IÕve only cooked some chips in this frozen oven chips and homemade and both have come out lovely. Especially the homemade ones. Did try jacket potatoes but it took 3 lots of 25 minutes and then I did blast in the microwave after to soften the insides. I didnÕt add oil to the potatoes so donÕt know if this hindered them but I will stick to the microwave in future even though they were lovely and crispy in the end. Have bought an accessory kit off amazon and looking forward to trying more types of food In this Airfryer. It looks nice and is very easy to operate my 5 year old could do it. Also so easy to clean. Take a chance on this new brand.
