Very helpful customer service and the filters are fairly priced. As you only need to replace the filter approximately every 6 months, these 3 filters should last a good amount of time.

Ordered and received the air fryer quickly after looking at a lot of good reviews and decided to take a chance on a new brand.
So far I've only cooked some chips in this frozen oven chips and homemade and both have come out lovely. Especially the homemade ones.
Did try jacket potatoes but it took 3 lots of 25 minutes and then I did blast in the microwave after to soften the insides. I didn't add oil to the potatoes so don't know if this hindered them but I will stick to the microwave in future even though they were lovely and crispy in the end.
Have bought an accessory kit off amazon and looking forward to trying more types of food In this Airfryer.
It looks nice and is very easy to operate my 5 year old could do it. Also so easy to clean.
Take a chance on this new brand.

Two relatively small problems. Pro Breeze:Slow response to an email question but fast delivery of the item. Me: using the discount code SUMMER 10 and using a space between the R and 1 kept resulting in a "not a valid code" message. Everything OK after lengthy "online chat" but would suggest another way of producing a more foolproof code word may be more preferable.

Arrived very quickly. Really works well for our rooms to get rid of the mass amount of condensation on the windows that we have the best product that we have ever used to get rid of it, so thank you. Even better yet the price brilliant as well.

I am very pleased with the Pro Breeze Air Fryer, but even more so with the after care. I had a small problem and contacted Pro Breeze via there web site, I had a reply within 24 hours, and the problem was sorted and a new fryer put in the post to me immediately, could not have asked for any more
