I have had two faulty units (all within a couple of weeks of the order)- the first was not collecting water and the replacement has a faulty display. The replacement process for the first one was fine and timely whilst I have been offered 15% off the 2nd faulty unit or a total refund as a second replacement would not be sent - I have taken the second option and will seek an alternative supplier - strange approach not to replace a second time - as I would have been happy with the option of a fully operational replacement replacement.
