I had a problem with an Air Cooler that had less than 100 hours use, it died.
The unit was only 14 months old. Initially Pro Breeze Customer Service refused to do anything for me. Out of warranty stuff.
Sure it was but it should not have failed so quickly with no real use.
Anyway, they had a rethink and supplied a brand new one of the same model and that was what I call customer service.
All I can say is if you can get an extended warranty buy one, as these products are made in China, not in England, so not built to last.
Pro Breeze did a good thing and I would buy their products again if needed.

The item came quickly, was easy to set up and use and collected two tanks of water in the first day. However the auto defrost function on the dehumidifier doesn't work and during the second day it developed a serious leak whereby no water was collecting in the tank, only on the floor. This was due to a build up of ice around the filter and collection tank. After defrosting manually, it seems to be working again, however I'm reluctant to leave it running unsupervised (which was the whole reason for purchasing).
