Very happy with this dehumidifier. Removing a full tank of water within a 24 hour period. Rooms feel warmer without being heated. Gives good air circulation even on the lower setting.

I would really recommend this company for excellent customer care. My query was dealt with efficiently and responses were always very quick. The ceramic mini heater does have a sound which is the fan heater but for heating up a room super fast it does an excellent job. If you want a silent heater maybe the oil filled radiator would be the one. This company is reliable.

I purchased a ProBreeze PB-AC02 on the 9th June 2021. It cost me £155.99 at the time. I think they have gone down to £89.99 this year.
Obviously I have only used it on hot days in 2021 and 2022.
I have used it this week due to the hot weather, and it has a fault now. Filled the water tank to the mid level, turned on the machine for several nights this week and the water stays at the same level. Checked all the fixings and they are connected properly. I am most annoyed that you cannot ring Pro Breeze and talk to anybody, so I have a machine which is unusable.

We were looking for a good dehumidifier as had high humidity in our house.
Looked in different websites and did my research and ended up going with this company which delivered the dehumidifier in perfect condition and super quick.
We have had the dehumidifier for 2 weeks almost and humidity has dropped from 78% to 36%, works perfectly and is very quiet.
It is really easy to use and to maintain.
Highly recommended.
